The Grosse Pointe Institute for Learning is making the safety and well-being of its clients priority. We will follow all necessary guidelines set by the mayor and the CDC. Here is how we plan on ensuring we remain safe while our students collaborate:
1. All students will be required to wash their hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer upon arrival and exit of the facility.
2. After each group session, a company will be coming in to spray an industry leading disinfectant that wraps every surface, including paper. Please note that there is a difference between the word sanitized and disinfected. In a nutshell, when someone sanitizes something it just means they have killed germs. When something is disinfected it kills viruses. They are different! Be sure to make sure wherever you go it says DISINFECTED!
3. Plexiglass dividers will be on the tables to create individual workspaces and sneeze guards while we are working in small groups.
4. Masks will be required at all times in the building.
